Terms and Conditions

TERMS OF PAYMENT

  1. Cash.
  2. Credit Card. (Copy of cardholders I.D. & front side of credit card maybe required)
  3. Monetary transfer through bank account.
  4. EFTPOS cards are accepted.

 

PRICES

  1. All prices include Goods and Services Tax (GST) when applicable.
  2. All prices are subject to change without notice.

CONDITIONS OF DISPATCH

We are not common carriers. All goods become the customer’s responsibility (including freight charges) upon removal or despatch from our warehouse. Despatch will be by your nominated freight company or via companies regularly used by us unless otherwise instructed.

Skyline Spares and Parts accepts no responsibility for the lost or damages goods delivered by couriers or shipping companies.

 

WARRANTY

All used parts distributed by Skyline Spares and parts P/L at the time of leaving our premises, are guaranteed against defective materials or workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of sale, exclude electrical items, turbo charge, transfer case, rear diff, turbo auto transmission / turbo manual gear box and turbo charge engine.

New products are cover by manufacture warranty period on standard vehicle unless stated elsewhere.

All faulty products must be returned to the seller to be inspected by the manufacture before any claim can be made.

Parts/Products are not guaranteed against failure or damage arising from faulty or incorrect fitment or use, incorrect application, damage caused by any means over which we did not have control.

Skyline Spares and parts P/L disclaims any liability for labour cost or other damage attributed to the failure of parts supplied by us.

Skyline Spares and Parts P/L will replace free of charge any faulty parts after inspection by our technician team. 

Performance turbo engines & Transmissions / manual gear box, rear differential, transfer case in standard fitment applications is guaranteed for 7 days from the date of purchase. Used turbochargers are not supplied with any form of guarantee and should be inspected prior to purchase. 

All goods remain the property of Skyline Spares and Parts P/L until paid for in full.

Goods return for credit or refund will only be accepted on the following basis:

All requests for credits or refunds must received by management for approval prior to being return.

All approved returns must be received within 30 days of invoice date.

All goods must be returned to Skyline Spares and Parts P/L.

No credit or refund be accepted without the correct sales invoice or invoice number, invoice date with reason return.

Goods must be complete, NOT dismantled, undamaged and returned in original packaging as supplied.

Goods must properly packaged when being returned and arrive to us in the same condition as supplied.

Accepted return freight costs are at the cost of the purchaser, freight prepaid or inspection prior to any form of warranty been acted upon.  

Handling / restocking fees of 20% apply to any goods approved for store credit or refund excluding all out going delivery costs related to sale.

At no time, can a refund amount exceed the original product/s purchase price.

All after marker parts for RACE USE ONLY and are not recommended for public roads in Australia or your Country. It is the Customer’s responsibility to check with legal Authorities within the customers country on the use of these products on public roads.

No Credit or refund will be issued for:

Change of mind purchases.

Any Electrical products purchased. 

Clearance sale or specially discounted products

Dismantle or damage products.

Products especially procured on your behalf.

Products especially express air freighted on your behalf.

Products not purchased from us. 

Products that are special order/s and custom body cut section of any part of the vehicle.

International Orders / shipping

For international customers, we can accept payments via Telegraphic Bank Transfer, Credit Card and other type of payment provided on our online store.

International Postage only applies to selected items.

It is the customer’s responsibility to check that your delivery details are entered correctly and up to date prior to placing any orders. If the order was made via the phone, it is also the customer’s responsibility to check that your delivery details are entered correctly and up to date prior to placing any orders.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.

These charges will be the buyer’s responsibility.

Buyer require to check with your own country’s customs office to determine what the additional fees will be prior to the purchase.

Any Duties-Charges-Taxes-Return Shipping that re incurred by Skyline Spares and Parts will be passed on to buyer.

  

ACCEPTANCE OF CONDITIONS OF SALE

The above conditions of sale constitute the basis of the agreement between our customers and us.

Skyline Spares and Parts P/L reserves the right to refuse credit to applicants without reason.
