TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. TERMS OF PAYMENT

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash
  • Credit Card (copy of cardholder identification and front of credit card may be required)
  • Bank Transfer / Monetary Transfer
  • EFTPOS

All goods must be paid for in full prior to dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. PRICES

  • All prices are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Errors and omissions excepted (E&OE).

3. CONDITIONS OF DISPATCH & RISK

  • Skyline Spares and Parts P/L is not a common carrier.
  • All goods become the purchaser’s responsibility, including freight charges, upon removal from or dispatch from our warehouse.
  • Dispatch will be arranged through the purchaser’s nominated freight company or via carriers regularly used by us, unless otherwise instructed in writing.
  • Skyline Spares and Parts P/L accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage to goods once dispatched and in transit with couriers or shipping providers.

4. WARRANTY

4.1 Used Parts

All used parts supplied by Skyline Spares and Parts P/L are guaranteed against defective materials or workmanship for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of sale, excluding:

  • Electrical items
  • Turbochargers
  • Transfer cases
  • Rear differentials
  • Turbo automatic transmissions
  • Turbo manual gearboxes
  • Turbocharged engines

Performance turbo engines, transmissions (manual and automatic), rear differentials and transfer cases in standard fitment applications are guaranteed for seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

Used turbochargers are supplied without warranty and must be inspected prior to purchase.

4.2 New Products

New products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty applicable to standard vehicle applications unless otherwise stated.

4.3 Warranty Claims

  • All allegedly faulty goods must be returned to Skyline Spares and Parts P/L for inspection.
  • No warranty claim will be processed until inspection is completed by our technicians and/or the manufacturer.
  • Parts are not covered for failure resulting from incorrect installation, improper fitment, misuse, modification, incorrect application, neglect, or external causes beyond our control.
  • Skyline Spares and Parts P/L disclaims all liability for labour costs, towing, consequential damage, loss of income, or any other indirect costs arising from failure of supplied parts.
  • Approved faulty parts will be replaced at no charge at our discretion.

5. RETENTION OF TITLE

All goods remain the property of Skyline Spares and Parts P/L until payment has been received in full.

6. RETURNS, CREDITS & REFUNDS

Returns for credit or refund will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  1. All return requests must be approved by management prior to return.
  2. Approved returns must be received within thirty (30) days of the invoice date.
  3. Goods must be returned to Skyline Spares and Parts P/L.
  4. Proof of purchase (invoice number and date) must be provided, along with the reason for return.
  5. Goods must be complete, undamaged, not dismantled, and returned in original packaging.
  6. Goods must be properly packaged for return and received in the same condition as supplied.
  7. Return freight costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and must be freight prepaid.
  8. A handling/restocking fee of 20% applies to approved returns, excluding outgoing delivery charges.
  9. Refunds will not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

No Credit or Refund Will Be Issued For:

  • Change of mind purchases
  • Electrical products
  • Clearance or specially discounted products
  • Dismantled or damaged products
  • Special order or custom body cut sections
  • Express air freight special procurements
  • Products not purchased from Skyline Spares and Parts P/L

7. RACE USE DISCLAIMER

All aftermarket performance parts are supplied for race use only and are not recommended for use on public roads in Australia or other countries.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations prior to installation or use.

8. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • International payments may be made via Telegraphic Bank Transfer, Credit Card, or other payment methods available through our online store.
  • International shipping applies only to selected items.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are correct at the time of order (including phone orders).
  • Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in the product or shipping price.
  • All such charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Buyers must check with their country’s customs office prior to purchase.
  • Any duties, taxes, return shipping, or related charges incurred by Skyline Spares and Parts P/L will be passed on to the buyer.

9. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

The above Terms and Conditions constitute the full agreement between Skyline Spares and Parts P/L and the purchaser.

Skyline Spares and Parts P/L reserves the right to refuse credit applications or transactions at its discretion without providing a reason.
