Skyline Spares and Parts P/L

1. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

• Delivery location

• Weight of the goods

• Dimensions of the goods

Shipping pricing is calculated using carrier rate matrices.

As a general guide:

• Small items: $15.00 – $45.00

• Larger items: $35.00 – $75.00

• Multiple large items or remote area deliveries: $85.00 and above

All shipping costs are calculated on an order-by-order basis.

International shipping costs are also calculated at checkout based on parcel weight, dimensions, and destination country.

2. DISPATCH TIMES

Orders are dispatched from our Sydney Head Office within one (1) to two (2) business days after confirmed payment.

Delivery timeframes vary depending on destination. Most metropolitan interstate locations are typically delivered via overnight transit; however, all delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Skyline Spares and Parts P/L is not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather events, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

3. SHIPPING METHOD

We do not use Australia Post for standard deliveries.

All domestic orders are shipped using Standard Courier Services.

4. CLICK & COLLECT

Online orders are not available for collection.
All orders must be shipped.

5. ORDER CONFIRMATION

Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

6. PO BOX & RESTRICTED DELIVERY ADDRESSES

• Standard or small parcels may be delivered to a PO Box, subject to courier acceptance and parcel size limitations.

• Oversized or overweight items cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.

• If your order exceeds applicable size or weight limits, you will be required to provide a valid physical street address for delivery.

Please note:

• Our shipping providers do not deliver to Army bases, Defence bases, military installations, or other restricted government facilities.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete, accurate, and deliverable address at the time of purchase.

Where an incorrect, incomplete, or restricted delivery address is provided, Skyline Spares and Parts P/L reserves the right to pass on any redelivery fees, return-to-sender charges, storage fees, or additional freight costs incurred.
